Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child need any special equipment?

No equipment is required. The Power Up Programme is intentionally designed to be barrier-free, using bodyweight movements and functional exercises that can be performed in any home environment. This ensures the focus remains entirely on movement and progress without the need for a home gym.

How is the 1-to-1 session conducted?

Sessions are conducted via a secure, live video link. This is a fully interactive experience where a qualified mentor is present for the entire session to demonstrate movements, provide real-time corrections, and offer consistent encouragement.

Is the programme suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The programme is specifically designed for students aged 11–17, regardless of their current fitness level. We meet every student where they are, focusing on individual progress rather than competition.

How do we track progress?

We use a structured roadmap that monitors physical improvements in strength and posture, as well as the successful integration of positive daily habits. Parents are kept informed of milestones as the student moves through the three phases of the curriculum.

What about safety and supervision?

Professional supervision is at the core of our programme. Every session is conducted live to ensure correct form and technique. By training in the home environment, we provide a transparent and safe space where parents can feel confident in the quality and safety of the instruction.
