Our Commitment to Safety At K–Active Play, the safety and wellbeing of every student are our primary concerns. As a provider of youth sports and activity mentorship, we adhere to strict safeguarding protocols to ensure a secure environment:
- Professional Standards: All sessions are conducted by a qualified mentor with up-to-date safeguarding training and enhanced background checks.
- Transparent Environment: Sessions are conducted via secure, private Google Meet links. Parents are encouraged to be aware of the training environment at home.
- Data Privacy: We do not record sessions without explicit, separate written consent, and all student data is handled in strict accordance with GDPR.
- Reporting: We maintain a clear internal procedure for responding to and reporting any safeguarding concerns immediately.
