Data Collection
K – Active Play collects only the information necessary to provide safe and effective physical mentorship. This includes contact details, basic health history (via the Digital PAR-Q), and postural observations.
Storage & Security
All personal and health data is stored securely and is accessible only by your coach. Digital files are password-protected, and any physical records are kept in a locked filing system.
Data Usage
Your data is used solely for the purpose of tailoring the Power Up Programme to your child’s specific needs. We do not share, sell, or trade personal information with any third parties.
Recording Policy
To ensure a private and secure environment, sessions are conducted live and are not recorded without explicit, separate written consent from the parent or guardian.
