Meet your Coach and Mentor

As a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with extensive experience working directly with young people in sports and activity, I created the Power Up Programme to help students aged 11–17 build genuine physical confidence. This background allows me to understand the specific needs of this age group, providing a secure and professional environment where movement is used as a tool for resilience.

I focus on helping young people move away from sedentary habits and toward a more confident, upright posture. By combining movement expertise with a mentorship approach, I provide students with the discipline and self-assurance they need to succeed in school, college, and beyond. This isn’t just about fitness; it’s about providing the foundations for a more capable and certain future.
